Sandeep Rai is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about fostering safe & nurturing therapeutic relationships.
Sandeep seeks to understand her client’s worldviews and the difficulties that they face. She has a nurturing, caring, and person-centered approach. Her goal is to empower & support her clients to resolve & managing any difficult parts of their life so that they can ultimately experience a higher level of joy & overall well-being. Sandeep has worked for a number of years in the field of trauma and attachment & therefore understands how early childhood relationships can impact us positively & negatively later in life. Sandeep is confident that through a quality therapeutic relationship and increasing coping skills, the impact of trauma can be alleviated. In her spare time, Sandeep enjoys hiking and finds the outdoors energizing. In addition, she likes to bake cakes & read books on health & wellness. Sandeep has lived, worked & studies in the mental health field both within the United Kingdom & the USA which give her a broader worldview. Sandeep is culturally aware and has successfully worked with a diverse range of backgrounds, including immigrants & asylum seekers.

Oluwatoyin Akinremi, Graduate Trainee, Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)
As a black Nigerian woman, Oluwatoyin aims to step into the realm of mental health. Immigrating to California at the age of two, Oluwatoyin straddled American culture in a Nigerian household, forging her own subculture. This journey has inspired her to pursue Marriage and Family Therapy, focusing on immigrant communities. Oluwatoyin recognizes the taboo around prioritizing mental health, especially in African cultures. Her aim is to support those embracing self-care while honoring their cultural roots. Oluwatoyin is currently pursuing a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, she offers a journey of mutual expression and learning. "You're not alone in this endeavor."

Fidde Magana is a dedicated student Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in her final year of studies at the National University, to become an Associate MFT. Fidde earned her Bachelor's in Psychology from Cal State San Bernardino University. With a passion for helping others, she has extensive experience working with children on the autism spectrum, both in therapeutic settings and within the school district. Her commitment to fostering emotional and behavioral growth in young clients reflects her deep empathy and expertise, making her well-prepared for her future.
Fidde recognizes that pursuing therapy can be challenging and is dedicated to fostering a comforting and supportive space for her clients.

Sara Raya is a graduate student, currently attending Touro University for an MA in Marriage and
Family Therapy with an emphasis in Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling. Sara earned
her BA in Psychology from California State University of Long Beach. She has experience
working in the ABA field, providing services to children and adolescents on the spectrum of
autism via Telehealth and in-home. She enjoys working with children, which has inspired her to
pursue a career working with children, families, and individuals in a therapeutic environment.
She believes that mental health is a vital part of our well-being and should be treated as a
regular part of our overall health routine. She recognizes that mental health counseling may
seem daunting, but she wants people to know that finding a therapist you trust and feel
comfortable with can benefit you for a lifetime.
